Friend Interviews

Thank you to Ohemaa (18), Aitana (15), Alexa (15), Sav (19), Payden (17), Maddy (18), Aimee (18): Doga (16): Aaliyah (18), and Natalie (15) for sharing their experiences with BGM

BGM: How have you been motivating yourself in online school?

Ohemaa: Online or not, I have always been the one motivating myself to do school. So, in the case of online school, I guess my motivation was knowing that I could get it done and over with on my own time (kind of) without the pressure of teachers and stressful deadlines.

Aitana: I set myself a limited amount of time to complete everything that I have to do during the day. I try to do everything as soon as I can to have free time for myself and be able to do the things I like.

Alexa: To motivate myself I just try to remind myself that if I push through the work, it will all be worth it, and it will feel very rewarding to have been able to work from home.

: I have not actually had to do any coursework for online school, really. But the fact that my GPA is on the line if I don’t do well is motivating!
