thought the ‘age old question’ about beginners’ guns had been answered and put to bed at the very least a decade ago, so I was persuaded to believe your article (Springer or PCP? Airgun Shooter issue 138) was a bit of a leg-pull. It doesn’t need an expert to know you start off simple and build complexity as you acquire any skill, be it practical or academic.
