BREAK-BARREL BLISS

There is a real pleasure in fitting a new scope to a new rifle and seeing how it will shoot. I am sat at my table in the garden zeroing the rifle at 30 yards. The scope turrets’ covers are off and I’m loading a pellet at a time into the open breech. Getting a decent size group is much harder than I thought it would be. Yes, my new gun is a springer, and a break-barrel one at that.
