4⅔ cups (700g) plain flour
200g brown sugar
200g dark muscovado sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
225g cold butter, chopped
½ cup (175g) golden syrup
2 eggs silver, red cachous, assorted sweets, candy canes

ICING
