The run-up to Christmas can be exhausting. A recent survey* revealed that 83% of Brits admitted they’d had enough of Christmas by the beginning of December, and 33% were completely exhausted long before the big day.

To avoid burn-out, make sure you find some ‘me time’ among the chaos. ‘It doesn’t matter how much time you have, just carving time out for yourself can make an enormous difference,’ says Suzy Reading, coach and author of Self-Care for Tough Times.
