‘When I look back at how I was 12 months ago, I don’t recognise myself’

She looks radiant and is more energised than ever, but Natasha Hamilton is also feeling reflective as Remembrance Sunday approaches this weekend.

The poignant day holds a special place in her heart, especially since her eldest son Josh, 18, passed out as an army paratrooper.

“He’s going to be fighting for his country and he makes me so proud,” the Atomic Kitten singer says. “I look at him and think of the bravery of these men and women who are out there putting their lives on the line so we can live as normal a life as we possibly can.
