    Trump's Ban On TikTok Suffers Another Legal Setback

    A federal judge put the brakes on yet another aspect of President Trump's push to ban TikTok, but uncertainty still clouds the future of the viral video app in the U.S.

    A federal judge in Pennsylvania has blocked the Trump administration from outlawing U.S. transactions with TikTok, which was set to take effect Nov. 12, the latest setback in the administration's push to ban the Chinese-owned hit video app.

    Another aspect of the same order that sought to ban new downloads of the app had by a judge in Washington, D.C., but Friday's order puts Trump's aimed at TikTok
