KELLY CLARKSON IS A FASHION HIT AT THE BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS
There were a few changes to this year’s Billboard Music Awards – and not all of them were due to the global health crisis. Hosting the annual ceremony, which took place at the Dolby Auditorium in Los Angeles minus the usual live audience, singer Kelly Clarkson (left) showcased no fewer than seven dazzling onstage outfits.
“It’s not May and we’re not in Las Vegas but the show tonight is going to be unforgettable,” she promised fans ahead of the event, which was broadcast live. On Instagram afterwards she revealed: “Dang! It felt so good to be back on the @BBMAs stage!”
Also performing on the night were Alicia Keys, Icon Award recipient Garth Brooks and John Legend, who dedicated his performance of Never Break to his wife Chrissy Teigen following the tragic loss of their baby son during pregnancy earlier this month.
A masked Billy Eilish collected. Taking face coverage to extremes, the Australian singer performed wearing a pink dress, giant mustard bow and curly wig that hid most of her features.
