The rest of my pregnancy went by in total bliss.

I loved being pregnant and I didn’t have any problems.

Then, in May 2018, I gave birth to my daughter Sophie via emergency caesarean.

She was three days late, so I was super excited to meet her.

‘She’s got fused fingers and toes,’ the nurse said whilst performing the procedure. ‘And possibly a cleft palate.’
