Benefits of nature

ature has a place right in the centre of my heart. It has special meaning to me because it was the only thing that got me out of bed when I was going through my second mental breakdown. I was off work for 10 months and admitted into St Ann’s hospital in Poole twice. When you’re going through a mental breakdown, there’s no ‘off switch’ – all my anxiety, paranoia and depression went constantly around in my head.
