SENSATIONAL SALSA

Tongue-tingling salsas are typically served as an ideal counterpoint to crisp and crunchy nachos, yet they have the potential to liven up just about anything: fish, beans, egg dishes and, of course, Mexican favourites like tacos and enchiladas. Grow the ingredients in your garden or allotment and the power is in your green fingers to prioritise flavour above all else. Then when you come to use that produce to make a home-made salsa you can expect something truly sensational. Forget mean-sized supermarket imitations, your salsa will stand in a league of its own – an absolute taste explosion!
