MANY of us heaved a sigh of relief when lockdown was eased. We could visit friends and family again, exercise more freely, enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a hard day and, for those of us lucky enough to have kept our jobs, even return to the office.
But being out and about also means we’re exposing ourselves to germs again – and never has health been more important than it is now.
