Take a leaf out of my book

I WALK my dogs on our local bridleway and footpaths, which are regularly used by locals, as well as visitors to Exmoor. I am very aware of the risk of picking up the Covid-19 virus when opening and shutting gates and, now the weather is turning chillier, there is the added problem of gloves. However, the novel idea of using a dock leaf works brilliantly on most, if not all, gates and, of course, there’s no problem with disposing of it afterwards.
