Green falafels

1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained
1 cup raw cashews
1 small egg
2 garlic cloves
1½ cups fresh chopped parsley and/or coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup besan (chickpea) or wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon olive oil

Bowls

12–16 falafels (from recipe above)
¾ cup wholemeal couscous
