Baked Brie with Cranberry Pepper Jelly
MAKES 1 (6-INCH) WHEEL OF BRIE
Every holiday host needs a simple yet stunning dish to impress their guests, and this recipe is as easy as can be.
1 (10.5-ounce) jar pepper jelly
¼ cup fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
½ (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 (7-ounce) wheel of Brie
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Garnish: fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 400°.
