ROUND UP

(19 October/12 October, DVD/download) is a postzombie apocalypse flick from the director of . Mark Dacascos plays a former hitman who, after his compound is (out now, Blu-ray) centres on a couple terrorised by three masked strangers at a remote holiday home. It’s as basic as that premise, but director Bryan Bertino makes good use of stillness and silence to build suspense. Second Sight’s new limited edition is chocka with bonuses, including new interviews with Bertino, the editor and two of the cast. It also comes with a book and poster. Streaming service Network On Air (), launched a couple of months back, offers curated “Nights In” of programming from ITV franchise ABC. They include some interesting obscurities, like the two surviving episodes of a 1967 take on . Individual shows are also available. Recently added: the first five episodes of , a conspiracy thriller by writer Robert Banks Stewart, about enemies within brainwashed by alien signals. We said: “The alien schemes are often amusingly small beer… An interesting time capsule.”
