Silence, please
HEAR, hear, Country Mouse ()! I should immediately declare that I am a biker of a certain vintage, however, when I hear people using the A272 as a race track, my heart sinks and my head boils. We are, quite rightly, being encouraged to become ‘greener’ and more environmentally sensitive and yet bikers replace ‘silencers’ (I am deliberately using the old word used for exhausts), not to silence
