Somewhere up there, in those lush rolling hills above the Great Ocean Road, a mustard coloured school bus rests underneath the gum trees. A stack of hand shaped single-fins and twinnies lies just outside the door, next to a botanical explosion of mint and silverbeet, sage and bok choy.
