★ Starscope for Today’s Living ★
It’s always exciting when December arrives. It brings the end of one year and the start of another. This year, with its challenging concerns about a discomforting virus and “social distancing” may make traditionally joyful holiday occasions somewhat complicated. The parties, religious services, and family events on your agenda might seem to foreshadow stress, but you can minimize and even eliminate such feelings by maintaining a positive attitude, and not expecting everything and everyone to be perfect.
About every 20 years, Jupiter’s cycle meshes with Saturn’s, as happens when these two planets blend energies through a conjunction on December 21, shortly after both enter Aquarius. Jupiter represents expansion and enthusiasm; Saturn represents discipline and restriction. When these planets join forces, Saturn tempers your enthusiasm and encourages you to have realistic expectations. Together these two planets help you to behave maturely, to grow up. If the Aquarius sector of your life needs some fixing, get busy now. In mid-May Jupiter makes a brief foray into Pisces, where this planet will be until late July, 2021. This short visit gives you a brief taste of what your life may be like once Jupiter settles down into Pisces. (More about that in a later issue.)
To learn more about what the planets’ movements may mean for you, read the forecast for your Sun sign. If you know your rising sign, read that section also, to obtain a more complete forecast.
