When Croydon’s Craig and Shaun McAnuff launched Original Flava on Facebook in 2016, it was a bit of fun. At university and work, the food-loving brothers found friends and colleagues were intrigued by Caribbean dishes but lacked access to easy recipes. They set out to fill that void in a series of videos, the first of which on Jamaican bun and cheese, achieved one million views. ‘It was insane’, recalls Craig.
