SECRET INGREDIENT

Popping some spinach, broccoli and peppers into a blender, I was about to make another of my favourite smoothies.

I just needed my special ingredient - my boyfriend’s sperm, which I keep in a Tupperware box in the fridge.

Adding some into the mix, I turned the blender on and got a glass ready.

I know it might make some people gag, but I make sure I ingest his sperm at least four times
