PEAKED TOO LATE

It’s 1985, I’m unemployed, living with my parents in Manchester and going slightly crazy. The only thing getting me through the day is my £100 1977 Honda CJ250T, and the nearby Peak District. I have a routine: ride to the nearby job centre for a dose of disappointment, then head off towards Buxton or Macclesfield and the Cat and Fiddle for a dose of freedom.
