Toni & Matt’s marriage secret ‘THE SACRIFICE THAT KEEPS US STRONG’

When Woman’s Day catches up with Toni Street and her husband Matt France at their bustling home on Auckland’s North Shore, the beloved broadcaster is quick to apologise for the fact they’re still in their tracksuits from a morning workout.

“The first lockdown, we both ate like pigs and drank too much,” she explains, laughing. “We decided we couldn’t do that the second time round, so we’ve been going hard for a six-week F45 challenge so when we get to Queenstown in October, we can deserve all the alcohol. It’s quite a punish!”

The week-long holiday – with their three children, Juliette, seven, Mackenzie, five, and Lachie, two, plus Toni’s parents and her sister’s family – will be one last relaxing blowout before life gets a whole lot busier.

From December, as well as her radio duties on Coast’s breakfast show, the former Seven Sharp presenter, 37, will return to TVNZ
