We were setting up for the cover shoot and the photographer was talking thing, and the funny thing is, I had never watched the show so I didn’t really know what it was all about. Now I’m a huge fan; if I had known then what I know now I would have been geeking out! I’ve done so much with over the years. I even had a column — “Wild Stringdom” — for a long time. I love the all-encompassing approach the magazine takes with its artists; there’s the music and the gear and the songwriting and the playing and the video lessons… just taking everything apart and analyzing how it’s done.
