With the start of a new school year and autumn leaves beginning to fall, September is always a good time to start thinking about new goals – and this year that’s probably more true than ever! If you’re thinking that you’d like to make an effort to eat more healthily over the coming months, you’re in luck as we’ve teamed up with Slimming World to give you this eating plan, which includes a variety of filling recipes, making weight loss easy!
BREAKFASTS
(choose one, all serve one)
FRENCH TOAST:Lightly beat 2 with ½ level tsp sweetener and ¼tsp ground cinnamon in a bowl. Add 2 slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf) and turn to coat. Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a medium-high heat. Add the bread and cook on each side until golden. Slice and serve with fresh or frozen and defrosted
