LEGEND HOBBY BATTLE OF BRITAIN HAWKER HURRICANE .60

Even though the Hawker Hurricane shot down more enemy aircraft than the Supermarine Spitfire, it is lesser known. It was built by Hawker Aircraft Ltd. as its first monoplane design and incorporated retractable landing gear and an enclosed cockpit. The previous generation biplane can be seen in the aircraft’s lines and construction techniques. Although it was obsolete early in WW II, it still operated with great success in all the theaters of the war in various roles. The Legend Hobby model is a faithful reproduction of the Hurricane operated during the Battle of Britain.
