Of all the instruments that ABRSM examines, the piano enjoys the quickest cycle of syllabus refreshment, and their latest biennial incarnation includes some significant noteworthy modifications.

Firstly, consumer demand has prompted the appearance of an Initial grade between Prep Test and, a fun collection of 26 duets. Interestingly, in the lower grades, it is now possible to present for examination a set of three pieces all written in the 20th century.
