Chocolate orange cheesecake

For the base
100g (3½oz) pecans
100g (3½oz) almonds
80g (3oz) desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cacao powder
100g (3½oz) Medjool dates, pitted
1 tsp vanilla powder a pinch of Himalayan salt
100ml (3½fl oz) maple syrup
For the filling
400g (14oz) raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
100ml (3½fl oz) maple syrup
6 tbsp coconut milk (from a carton)
70g (2½oz) cacao powder a pinch of Himalayan salt
100g (3½oz) cacao butter
100ml (3½fl oz) fresh orange juice
1 tsp orange extract
