I’ve often wondered why we only get one official day a year to celebrate lesbian visibility. When there are so many incredible people in our community and we still have such a long way to go before we achieve real equality, one lone day is simply not enough. That’s why, ever since I first become publisher of DIVA, I have dreamed of launching Lesbian Visibility Week.
