I thoroughly enjoyed Jo’s June) and I am glad her four-cylinder 35 starts well as does mine, but we had to have a visit to the tractor whisperer first. Mind you, when I got the tractor the engine was all in bits in a cistern which was full of water. I had to have the con rods machined across the mating face and then line bored to find somewhere to fit the big end shells. You have to understand that I do not buy running tractors; I do like a challenge. Enclosed are two photos of a recent before and after project. It is named “A Labour of Love remembering” and there follows a list of names of people who have greatly helped/influenced me and have now, sadly, passed on. I also really liked the story about Robat Thomas and so good that it was a father and son project. Two very skilled men. Keep up the good work.
