Sometimes, you just have to choose the right car and then everything else falls into place. For Micke Blomkvist from Örsundsbro in Sweden, that realisation came after he’d sold his mildly modified ’41 Plymouth coupe. After looking at a number of different cars, Micke narrowed it down to one year, and one manufacturer – 1960, and General Motors – though that still gave him a few options to choose from. The brand from within the General’s expansive umbrella did not matter, provided the price and model was right. In short, it had to be a two-door coupe.
