5 (6) (6) 100g (145m) balls of Hayfield Chunky Tweed with Wool (74% acrylic, 20% wool, 6% viscose) in Cream (Crigglestone 180)*. Pair each of 5.5mm (No. 5) and 6.5mm (No. 3) knitting needles; cable needle; stitch holders. Yarn is available from theknittingnetwork.co.uk.

TENSION

16 stitches and 22 rows, to 10 x 10cm, over reverse stocking stitch; 22-stitch central cable measures 9cm across, 18-stitch rope cables measure 8cm across and 24 rows of cable pattern measures 10cm, using 6.5mm needles.
