Sat in the waiting room, I wrung my palms together, my heart thumping in my chest.
Taking deep breaths, I tried to control my nerves.
But as a voice called ‘Mr. Michaelides?’ my body started shaking.
No one enjoys going to the dentist, but for me, it’s a crippling fear.
Sat back, I felt myself being turned horizontal by the motorized chair.
What’s he I thought, glancing over at the dentist’s collection of sharp tools, all neatly laid out.
