Much like contrasting a perfectly tailored, handmade suit with an off-the-peg version, bespoke furniture or joinery is both similar and yet completely different to a ready-made design. As well as providing a distinctive addition to a home – employing beautiful materials and perfectly complementing the surrounding interior in style – commissioning a piece to fit is sometimes the only way to make the most of every bit of possible space.
