OUR BOY’S ORGANS ARE on the wrong side

Holding my newborn son, Tyson, in my arms, I was elated at how easy the birth had been.

My daughters Leyla, then eight, and Molly, four, were excited to be big sisters.

Tyson looked identical to my husband, Brad, then 34, with his dark brown eyes.

But the doctor was a bit worried about Tyson’s breathing and some X-rays were taken.

‘It’s really funny, but the radiologist has marked Tyson’s organs on the wrong side,’ the nurse laughed
