CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS

1 pack of frozen puff pastry, 7 oz (200 g) 70% chocolate, 1 egg for brushing, 1 tbsp cocoa

Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out until it ’s only half as thick. Cut it into squares with a size of approx. 4x5.2 inches (10×13 cm) and cut diagonally to create two triangles. Place a piece of chocolate on the widest part and roll it up. Turn the small croissant into a crescent shape and place it on a piece of greaseproof paper. Brush the croissants with egg, sprinkle cocoa onto the middle of the croissants and bake them in the middle of the oven at 390°F (200°C) for approx. 15 minutes until they
