met a British Airways staff member in [Heathrow] Terminal 5 when I was presumably looking a little lost and in danger of missing my connecting flight to Boston. She was off duty but, recognising I was struggling, went out of her way to offer help and guidance, delivered with a lovely blend of humour and knowledgeable
