When the COVID-19 pandemic hit our islands, there were many concerns for everyone to consider. For the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR) on Kaua‘i, one of those concerns was how to ensure a safe, responsible opening of the rainbow trout season.
