Forum drags MEC to Public Protector

The controversial decision to accommodate Covid-19 coronavirus patients at a lodge linked to an Eastern Cape MEC could be investigated by the office of Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane (pictured).
The Cala University Students Association (Calusa), a non-governmental organisation, and United Democratic Movement leader Bantu Holomisa last week filed a complaint requesting Mkhwebane’s office to probe the matter.
