Astrology for The New Age
In this increasingly dark time of year for those of us who live in the northern hemisphere it seems like a decent idea to talk about the Sun, as it appears to be on the verge of deserting us as the cold gathers around our dwellings. The clouds roll in, pregnant with snow, and the natural world dies around us, returning its elements to the soil in order that we might have a return to life and greenery come spring. So we’ll talk about the Sun, but first, a few notes about other matters. Mercury turns direct on November 3, as Mars does on November 13 (a Friday, FYI). Later still, on November 28, Neptune turns direct. Let’s consider them one a time, in that order.
Mercury direct should, of course help communication matters. You probably won’t find that you can straighten out all recent mishaps right away, as the planet takes a while to gather speed, and often we don’t get everything in order until November 19-20 when Mercury reaches the zodiac point at which its retrograde station occurred back on October 13: 11 Scorpio.
