AT HOME WITH...

Stepping into this quirky townhouse in Hastings, home to designer-maker Katie Jones and her animator husband, Thomas, is like stepping into a kaleidoscope. “My decorating style is maximalist to the max!” laughs Katie. “Bright, bold, playful and highly decorative is how I’d sum it up.”

Priced out of London, the couple moved into their “forever home” in the historic coastal town last May, and after years of renting, Katie has relished the chance to “go wild in the new place – half fuelled as a reaction to living with magnolia walls for the past 10 years!”.
