HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW CHEESECAKE BABKA

INGREDIENTS

■ 500g (17½oz) strong white bread flour
■ 2¼ tsp instant yeast
■ 240ml (8floz) warm water
■ 1 tbsp salt
■ 50g (1¾oz) caster sugar
■ 120ml vegetable oil
■ 2 eggs
■ 200g (7oz) rainbow sprinkles
■ 3 tsp vanilla extract
■ 300g (10½oz) cream cheese
■ 100g (3½oz) icing sugar
■ 1 tsp baking powder
■ 100g (3½oz) white chocolate

EQUIPMENT
