Three months after the catastrophic siege that left Wentworth Correctional Centre devastated, rapid changes are made to bring the prison back into order. The appointment of a new General Manager, (Jane Hall), to initiate tougher measures quickly aggravates Governor (Robbie Magasiva), sparking tension within the officer ranks. Meanwhile, (Kate Jenkinson) as their new Top Dog, a position that is soon under threat when new prisoners, (Kate Box) and (Zoe Terakes), arrive in H Block. As everyone inside the prison walls adapts to the new normal, nobody has any idea of the horror that awaits them on the outside, as (Pamela Rabe) plots to destroy her enemies.
