01 DON’T GO IN TOO HARD

You see, training too often at a high intensity raises the stress hormone cortisol to such a degree that you won’t adapt proficiently to the overload. Throw in the added stress of current events and you’re on a fast-track to illness. So, look to train predominantly in the base phase.
