COMPANION PLANTS FOR KIWIFRUIT?

As always, I thoroughly enjoy reading your magazine and look forward to the next issue.

As a member, I would like to know if you have reference material available regarding beneficial companion plants. We have an organic kiwifruit orchard and we are orientating on the possibilities of attracting and hosting more insects.

As I am new to the industry, I am unfamiliar with which plants would be beneficial for our orchard. I understand that buckwheat could do well under the canopy. However, phacelia needs full sun and therefore not well suited under a canopy.
