    1 CREAMY PANCETTA AND BASIL GNOCCHI

    Preparation time 5 mins

    Cooking time 15 mins

    Serves 2

    Cook 300g store-bought following packet instructions, then drain. Meanwhile, fry until crisp. Add 1 crushed clove and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 150ml . Season, then toss through cooked gnocchi with ¼ cup chopped and ¼ cup finely grated . Serve with extra grated cheese.
