The Duchess of Cambridge has been moved to tears by the stories of families struggling to provide for their children during lockdown.

Her emotional response was revealed as she visited a baby bank in Sheffield last week, where it was also announced that Kate has spearheaded a new initiative to persuade Britain’s top brands to donate over 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks across the UK.
