    These tasty cookies are super-easy to make and require only six ingredients, plus you can tweak by using your favourite jam or curd. Perfect for an afternoon snack!

    MAKES 12

    ✱ 250g ground almonds
    ✱ 1 egg
    ✱ 60ml coconut oil, melted
    ✱ 3tbsp maple syrup
    ✱ 1tsp vanilla extract
    ✱ 140g fruit jam of your choice

    Preheat the oven to 250C (fan 230C) and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
