Despite two-Michelin-starred Écriture having opened its doors for diners back in May, the Hong Kong restaurant is elevating their offerings by launching their Écriture a la Maison home dining menu. Similar to executive chef Maxime Gilbert’s previous Tribute to French Producers menu, the new takeaway experience is focused on hand-selected premium ingredients from France.
The a la carte-only menu boasts many revered French produce within its pages; including the seasonal Pertuis Asparagus (HK$298/S$55), which has been braised in seawater and served alongside cured John Dory; and the signature Caviar and Uni Tart (HK$1998/S$366, serves four),
