The Sig Sauer ASP20 is among the most advanced break-barrel air rifle systems designed. The ASP (Advanced Sporting Pellet) is a suppressed, gas-system-powered air rifle available in .177 and .22 calibre with either a wood or synthetic stock. Equipped with Sig’s new Glidelite cocking mechanism needing only 33 lbs of force to cock - a significant improvement compared to the 48p-50lbs of force required to cock most other break-barrel designs. Sigs Breech Wedge Lock system ensures that barrel and action always lock up in the same spot for consistent accuracy. Nitron-coated 12-groove barrel measures 14” and a 5.5” suppressor increases the length to 19.5”. The SP20 features Sig’s Matchlite two-stage match-grade trigger adjustable from 2-1/2 and 4lbs, and a bilateral 2-position safety. An integral Picatinny rail on top of the receiver makes scope mounting easy. Weighing 8.25 lbs recoil is hardly felt.
